The hotspot is taking all of my data, and I want it off
Cannot be done. It was built into the iPhone.
Only turning it off is your only solution.

We don't want to see your data being used unintentionally, 19_kaykay_94. On most iPhones, you can turn Hotspot on or off by going into Settings>Cellular>Personal Hotspot. The thing is I don't want the hotspot on my phone. I don't want the option for the hotspot. I know how to turn it off and on but I want it gone.
