Attempting to find a telephone call to Verizon for help.
Can someone let me know the tel# to contact them, please?
Contacted Chat yesterday; received help, informed all was ready to go, when it wasn't.
I attempted, again, to pay, they accepted the payment, but was informed that I was not the account manager.
I ownone has ever used it but me (rarely, because I hate it).
I just want a phone that will let me use it as a PHONE, with access to my emails and my web sites; skip the rest.
How can I reclaim my management status, and what did I? (the victim) do to have this problem.
Please advise; I am totally sick of Verizon.
