I was told twice two different days that I could keep my existing $45 everything plan as my wife upgrade to a smartphone. I was told that I could call customer care order my phone and they can keep me on same plan. this was on 3/22 and 4/5. I called to order phone and have them keep me on the existing plan and was told it expired on 3/12? There was nothing they could do and my wife plan would go up if I change. I should have left when I could. I may just plan the cancellation fee and leave
