Lost 4G and no 3G...No service

Why all of a sudden (last couple weeks) have we lost 4G and any reliable service. Only have one tiny bar and when call does come in, we get alot of disconnects. This happens on BOTH our phones. We are in NW Kansas (67735) Very frustrated. No easy means of support.

VZW to the rescue! Let's get to the bottom of this and see what's going on.

No reported issues in that area! Are you experiencing these challenges only while inside your home? What phone model do you have? Try removing the sim cards for a minute. Insert and retest. Keep me posted if the issue persist.

No, it is inside, outside....Doesnt matter where. BTW: Just found out today that other users in this area are having the same issues. Surprised it has not been reported.

Had a small 4G signal earlier today and now nothing. Sim card suggestion already tried. Then I found out others on Verizon have same issue. So its not my phone..........................
