My earpiece quit working and the phone was not dropped, touched with water, etc. Suggestions?? I am not eligible to upgrade until Novermber 2014.
Oh no jrocdocshearer! Let's look into your options. Do you have insurance or a warranty on the phone? Is there anything covering the earpiece? Do you have anything in the headset port?
