How do I block ananymous calls or calls from blocked numbers?

How do I block ananymous calls or calls from blocked numbers? We are getting violent threats from "prank" callers that have their numbers blocked. It's unsettling to my family.

I'm using an iPhone 4s on Verizon and I can't block the specific number because I don't know what the number is. It's got caller ID blocked.

Let's put a stop to those unwanted calls! I can definitely imagine how frustrating these calls must be for you and your family.
