I need to know if there is a direct line or email address to file a complaint? Live chat does not work and the customer service rep does not want to take it. I am fed up and about to pay the disconnect fee and move on without you'll. I've been a loyal customer for 6+ years and I am about to be so done with this company and for the amount that is paid per month for a jet pack and smart phone ($180) I believe that the customer service should reflect that.
