You wait for 30 minutes to speak to customer service because "We're experiencing highly unusual hold times". Ha! Are there any other kind?
The first thing customer service does is take my number and put me on hold, where I wait for another 30 minutes. Unbelievable!
Then they come back and say they are going to transfer me to another department where my call gets disconnected. (Forth time now).
I complained on the auto-"We Value You as a Customer" Survey and no one calls back.
How many other folks are experiencing the same frustration?
