Verizon wireless network is not letting me dial out and receive calls since yesterday. And, I just bought a Samsung Galaxy s5 few weeks back. Plus, I walked in to the store yesterday evening and they were not able to resolve it. I have wasted 6 hours of my own time try to work around my phone not being able to call out. Highly disappointing and frustrating. Additionally, your Verizon Wireless store in Santa Clara California is the worst experience I have ever had in my 8 years with Verizon Wireless as a customer. Please reach me ASAP
