Is there a deposit to add a new line of service?

I have just recently gotten a new account with Verizon, about 2 months ago. I would like to add my daughter to the plan and wanted to know if there is a deposit to add an additional line to my existing account? If so, is there a timeframe that AFTER I reach I no longer am required to pay a deposit?

Also, I am currently sharing a plan with my husband and we have the more everything plan is what it says. Would I also need to change my plan to the familyshare plan?

Security deposits are determined by our Credit department. Typically after 350 days, security deposits are reviewed for release, if there has been good payment history. After your deposits have been released, any lines you may add at that time may not need a security deposit, however, this is based on your payment history and our Credit department review.



If you are currently on our More Everything plan, you don't need to change your plan unless you would like more data. The More Everything plan is meant for sharing and if you were to add another smartphone to your account, your current plan would increase by $40.00. http://vz.to/1lwOwRQ
