Never in all my years have I ever been treated with so much indifference and disregard as a long-time loyal customer. We pay an average of $342 per month. We are seeing, receiving and hearing from others about companies with good service, good pricing and good customer service. To make sure these claims are somewhat true I contacted 2 other companies and confirmed their offers. I then contacted MY company VERIZON. I shared my information and asked what Verizon could do to match the offers or at the very least help reduce my monthly bill. The lady put me on hold for some time and came back on the line to say she called one of the other companies I mentioned and went on and on telling me they are lying! I repeated told her I was not interested in her opinion or fact finding but wanted to know what Verizon could do for me, a loyal customer. She said "NOTHING"! She said she could reduce my coverage to lower my bill but she said there was nothing else Verizon was willing to do. She preceded to give me my penalties and hung up!
THANK YOU VERIZON! It may take a few months but we will leave your company! I hope many others do as well.
