More Everything Plan

I will be upgrading in the next week to a new phone and will be coming off the unlimited data plan. Currently my wife and I use less than 2GB of data on the 3G network, however I am unsure of what our usage will be on the 4G LTE network. I imagine it will be more, however I wanted to know if my contract date would be impacted if I need to change the amount of data we purchase monthly if we find out that using either 2GB or 3GB is too low if that is the amount of data picked at first? I do not want to pay for more data than what we will use on a normal monthly basis. but if I estimate low and our usage comes in higher, I would like to be able to up the monthly data allowance without impact the contract date. Can you make data plan changes within the contract term without impacting the contract end dates? I do not plan on doing the Edge program.

Changing the amount of data will not impact your contract end date - only the purchase of a discounted phone will do that. You can change aspects of your plan, adjust the data up and down, swap phones, etc, and the contract for that line is not changed. All you need to do is keep the line in service for two years....you can put a basic phone on it and remove the data plan, or increase the data if needed.

I can understand the importance of wanting the best plan for your needs without overpaying PeterCu. We have our share everything plans that can work for you and your wife. You can definitely start off with 2gb of data per month to share and if you go over that amount, you can always change the plan to increase your amount and avoid overages. Upgrading with a discount will require you to change from unlimited to a tiered data plan. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Can you please clarify contract change, I do plan on upgrading with a discount and realize I will extend my contract and have to change plans, I just want to make sure that say in 3 months I decide that the 2GB data plan is not enough and upgrade to a higher amount that the original contract date change does not change. For example, lets say I upgrade on 6/1/14 and extend my contract so that it ends on 6/1/16, I just want to confirm that if on 8/1/14 I increase data that my contract end date is still the 6/1/16.
