Hermosa Beach 4G failure on weekends

Is there anything that can be done regarding the horrible service in Hermosa Beach, CA on the weekends.

I guess as a result of the popularity of this city and the dense population, actually texting an image in my city on the weekends has now become a joke.

Who can I contact to try and fix this problem??!?!

Well, I'm reporting the issue. It happens virtually every weekend now. It's

a densely populated area and as it's a beach community during the weekend

the number of people using the local tower obviously spikes. I'm guessing

it's the result of network congestion.

FYI MMS images don't upload via wifi. They only upload via your network

service. Hence the problem.
