Bought global for Europe but "no service" available

Hi, I bought global data and voice @ $29.99 prior to departure for Austria and now in Germany. I have no service and no way of contacting wireless support. Please can this get activated As soon as possible. Was going to be my navigation system as I did this in the past

Make sure your phone is set to roaming for voice and data. What kind of phone do you have? If you let us know when can give you instructions to these settings.

I was recently in Switzerland and Slovakia using Vienna as our airport. There was spotty 3G service in places.
