Ok....so why does Verizon post on EVERY smartphone for sale that it includes FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING? Placed my order today before 5pm...AT THE KIOSK at a Verizon Store...was told I would have it the next day. The order currently shows as "processing" and I called and the CS rep told me that it was indeed processing and it could take up to 2-3 days to process!!
REALLY??!! Why advertise something you're not going to do?
Every other time I have ever order a phone online I had it in a day....apparently not this time. Not very happy about this!
