Recently, I called a friend of mine and they stated that the number that appeared was different from my number. The number that appeared was a disconnected Verizon number. I currently have Verizon service and have maintained the same number for 2 years. I do not subscribe to third party data calling services such as Skype or Google Voice. I have not changed SIM cards or phones in the past year. This anomaly has only occurred once, so far, however I was wondering if anyone could provide any insight as to how this could happen? Should I expect this to be a reoccurring event?
