I have called countless times about notification alerts. The alerts are going to my daughters phone who is on a share account with me, but never come to my phone and I am the primary account holder. When I view the # to send alerts too its my telephone number, her's is not even marked to send alerts. I see the small print that says alerts go to any account shared....BUT I AM NOT GETTING THEM, only she is. What is my resolution since when I call customer service they are no help at all and I waited for chat and gave up.
