Let me just start by saying customer service EVERYWHERE has been absolutely horrible lately and is not just exclusive to Verizon. However, over the past couple days I've noticed that I have been having a lot of trouble connecting to LTE sometimes my phone will be in LTE and then the next second I will be in 1x. Me and my fiance do have an account together and he's been noticing the signal on his phone is also pretty bad lately. Being as I pay 220 a month for a 17gb data plan I was very upset this morning when I woke up and noticed I was still having trouble with my service. So literally the first thing I did while I was still in bed was call Verizon to see what was going on. At first thinking it was just my phone I did a Network Reset which has always fixed the problem with my phone. I had tried this twice and not seen any improvement. So when I called I spoke to technical support. They told me to do a hard reset by taking the sim card out of my phone. Fine, I tried it and still haven't seen improvement. Being as it is not just my phone having trouble connecting to LTE I am now convinced it is the service rather than my device. Thinking it would be simple to figure out if there was a tower out in the area I got onto my wifi and started investigating. After searching for about an hour I could find nothing or speak to no one about the matter. So this is kind of a last resort. I'm hoping someone in the area sees this post before their customer service is up again. Either way I plan on calling them later on.
