Trying to pay

I'm trying to pay my past due amount online. Whenever I try to put the payment through it says, "Cannot process payment. Your balance is 0.00." But it isn't 0.00. It's 157.00 past due. Plus, I'm currently out of the country so cannot call. Live chat doesn't work on the site. And I keep getting emails that my services will be shut off if I don't make a payment immediately.

Does anyone else hate how difficult V Wireless makes it to pay them?
