Ive,been,with,Version,since,2006,and,have,an,unlimited,plan,,for,the,last,2,years,,I,have,been,streaming,movies,and,videos!,soon,after,my,data,usage,went,up,my,4G,LTE,start,doping,to,3G,&,2G,,as,well,as,some,of,my,calls,are,getting,drooped,,about,9-10,month,ago,,I,visited,Version,store,they,asked,me,to,change,the Sim Card which I did but but it was no help so I changed the device to a newer one still the same . then about 6 month ago I called customer service they said that they will issue a ticket to fix it (not sure what that means) still having the same problem so 2 months a go I started to take Screen shots almost every day showing the 3G . I would like to know if any one else having the same issue with their Devices pleas let me know or email me (removed) it is not right that we have being paying them for something we are not getting ?
