cloud says update pending I am always on wifi at home what gives

I have cloud service and I am always on wifi at home I have update pending nothing happens hat is wrong with this?

Lets get to the bottom of this, maxx1010! Go to settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup, select Backup Now. Once you complete the backup, the pending notification should stop.

Be sure to connect to WiFi while you are backing up device. Let us know how it goes.
