I get some messages from some people, all messages from some people, and NO messages from some people. I have called the help line 2 times and followed all their trouble shooting steps, and still not getting all my messages. Please help!
beth3263, Help has arrived! Let's get your text messages flowing once again. Based on the information provided, this may be a result of your iMessage feature. If you go to Settings>Messages>iMessage and disable the feature, try testing out sending/receiving text messages to see if this helps?
