I want to get a two years contract smart phone from verizon and i placed the order a few days ago. When I call the customers service, they tell me I have to have a SSN to process the order. I am a international student and I don't have a SSN yet. I know some of my friends who do not have SSN either are using verizon contracted phone. I think they just need to pay a deposit or something. So I am wondering why they can do that but not me? Can anyone help me out with this problem?
