I was trying to upgrade a device yesterday online and keep getting the following error message:

I read on another poster same issue he was told it was due to the fact that he had a home connect line adn it prevented him from upgrading online. Is this correct? If so, why doesn't the phone reps and other representatives know about this limitation. I chatted with 1 person online yesterday and spoke to 2 people over the phone and no one could figure out what was preventing me from upgrading my eligible line online. Is this going to be fixed????
