If I bought a phone from a friend and it is an iphone 4, a newer version than my old phone. I want to activate it. My plan says I am eligible for a new phone. I have internet and etc. now on my old phone. Is there an monthly upgrade charge from the iphone? I just need to know if there are extra monthly charges that I am going to have to pay just to upgrade a phone. Can I just go on the phone and activate it or does the primary person on the billing statement have to activate it? Thanks.
