Have received some calls with a caller id of 00524939334906 . How do I find out about these calls and find out if I need to put out a fraud alert?
Hi jp2000!Unwanted calls from unknown numbers are a nuisance, and not safe! I understand your concern in this matter. I checked that number and nothing came up for me. It does seem like an international number, or it can be listed like that if someone calls and manipulates their number (there are applications for that). VZW cannot control who calls you or who has your number. My recommendation is to ignore calls where you don't recognize the number. You do have the option to block 10-digit numbers from calling or messaging you. You can even block up to five numbers per line for no charge at all.
