I completely dissatisfied with customer service provided to me before my trip to Mexico. The proper plan was not assigned to me, and I was billed with excessive amount of money. After I call to customer service with explanation, one of a customer service supervisors, I have the name of this perso, promissed me to investigate my complain to find a resolution. I haven't heard from this person ever since. When I called third time, the represenative avised me to write a letter to the corporate. I never heard anything like this, in addition to it, I assume this is the same case like waiting for hear from that supervisor.
Please let me know what others did in this case.
