Visual Voicemail@!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a new iphone 5s and I still don't have visual voicemail.

I used to have it with my iphone4 until the software update. I was really looking forward to having it again with the 5s and am disappointed that it's still not there.

please email me instructions on how to add this back.

Also Verizon, list your email on your website. Why can't I just email you. Ridiculous.

tippmanna We definitely want to make sure your visual voicemail is working. What happens when you tap the voicemail? Are you getting an error message? As for ways to contact us, we have a variety of ways to contact us such as facebook,twitter,customer service via the phone and chat. We used to have email available but the above options are the methods of contacting us now.

When I click voicemail, it calls my voicemail. There is no error it just starts a phone call to check it.
