Hi, I recently bought a Iphone 5 and when I got it it didnt have a sim card in it but it is Verizon. Is there any way I can activate this phone. I am on a prepaid account and I'd like to keep my same number. Please help.
You wouldn't be able to activate a 4G VzW non-prepaid device on prepaid service. 4G smartphones are not compatible with their prepaid service unless they are already prepaid phones to begin with.
You would need to switch to a post-paid account. As indicated, you cannot use a 4G phone on Verizon prepaid.
