How do I cancel my Verizon Wireless Subscription using their online services? I can't seem to find anywhere where it says "cancel subscription". I've moved to another country and need to cancel. Please someone advise me. Thank you.
You can't cancel online for security reasons, you must do so in person or by calling 800-922-0204 or *611 from a Verizon device.
That sounds a bit ridiculous. I mean, they are a HUGE company. There has to be an option, no?

If by "option" you mean to do it online, I suppose you MAY be able to do it in an online chat session with CS, but that would be it. I am not certain you can even do it via online chat. Can't hurt to try, though.
The reason you can't cancel online is primarily for security reasons. They want to be able to verify that it is actually you who is wanting to cancel and not someone who has accessed your account with nefarious intentions.
It's for your protection.
