My phone cracked but i have insurance.. Do i have too pay too get it fixed? Or not and just call and they can send me a new one?

However bring it to a local Apple Store and they can replace the screen while you wait for $99
Please note if you use insurance the device sent to you is a secondhand piece of junk which may have issues worse than a replaceable screen.
