Hi there,
I have been with verizon for 2 years on good standing. Now my contract is over and I would like to use my phone overseas with different sim. I called the verizon customer support and they said they cannot unlock and the new carrier company should do it. It just didnt make sense. So I went to verizon store but they too said they cannot help and should call the customer service again.
Now I feel like verizon doesnt care once you are no more their customer. Just my personal feeling as the clerks in the verizone store too were very blunt and didnt offer any advice or alternative - "we dont do it... we dont know... call the customer support".
I am hoping I can atleast get a solution/alternative here in this forum
