Currently, I have a charge of $599 on my Verizon bill for an iPhone 4 that has been in the possession of Verizon for two weeks now. Documents on the package in their systems also confirms the package is there. I sent the defective device back to Verizon Wireless Warehouse in Fort Worth Texas. The tracking number on the package said it was received on March 31st, 2014. After speaking with a CSR from Verizon on Tuesday, April 1st, they insured me that the charge would come off of my account in the next "few" days & I would be able to upgrade my phone. I have talked to numerous CSR's over the last 10 days & my account hasn't been credited for the phone that Verizon has in it's possession. They have been giving me the run around for two weeks now & it's unacceptable to a customer who's been with them for so long. I also spoke with a CSR on Wednesday (April 9) & he insured me by Friday (April 11) that this situation would be handled. Well, it's Friday & my bill still has a $599 charge on it for a phone they have had for two weeks now. Please Help! This is my last resort! I was told to file a complaint to Better Business Bureau. Come on Verizon, I know you are better than this!!
