I cannot add an APN. The APN screen shows the apn which the phone came with which is almost correct but I would like to change a couple of the settings. the + button on the bottom of screen is greyed out, there is no 3 dot option on the bottom right to add apn. When the default apn is selected everything is greyed out except the name of the apn. Brining up the options I can save and discard. Options on the APN screen is greyed out 'reset to default'. Just got the phone and want to make sure my setting are optimized for my most favorite network in the world.
