Wrong Delivery Adress by Fedex

Hello my name is Donn ...i am trying to be a new customer at Verizonwireless ..i  placed an order for a family of 5 phone's which was delivered to me within 3 day's , on receiving the package i have been quite busy so i didn't have time to open and activate it  because i am on the verge of moving to New york so i decided to have the  package shipped to New york so i can activate it when i get there so i handed it over to Fedex but mistakinly Fedex delivered the package back to the Verizonwireless  Warehouse in Fort Worth , Texas so i have been calling Fedex to try to retrieve it back in order to have shipped to the correct adress ...it has been 2 day's now and i have not gotten anything positive yet i need help

I'm very sorry to hear your shippment was not delivered to your new address as expected! I would definitely love to look into what's going on with this order for you. We first need to find if your order for new service was closed because the devices were returned.



Was your new service set up online, over the phone, or in the store? If online, I recommend reaching out to Internet Orders at 866-338-7390. If over the phone, you can contact Telesales at 800-256-4646. If in the store, you can definitely visit that store location or contact Telesales.



With brand new accounts, very little access is available to view details. I'm confident these departments will provide the quickest resolution for you!
