Not a good few days for verizon. This outage, terrible customer service/communication and Germany pulling out of their contract! Cannot feel too good.

Perhaps I have been watching too much House of Cards, but I am interested to know what politician they angered to get Germany to pull out, and which hacker they hired to bring down their system...Darn you Kevin Spacey for putting all this crazy thoughts in my head... the new customer service issues though... that's all their own fault.
