I'm doing an experiment to see if I can survive in this day-in-age with only cash. I got rid of my credit cards and all banking accounts. It's been OK but Now I need some help...I have a website/chat room that I want to join but it costs. I found another way to take care of billing( via phone&1-900) but my cell will not let me get through...my cell plan is the next step up from basic and all my filters are off.

Can someone help. How can I get my phone to call this 900 number? Do I need to update my plan? Or......?

Is there a way to call 1-900 numbers on my mobile? Maybe an upgrade option or something that will allow access?

VZW restricts all 900 numbers or toll numbers. They do this due to their "subscription based billing" which includes billing one month in advance. There is no way to call a 900 number from a VZW device on the VZW network. This includes prepaid calling plans.
