How can I check to see if I have the correct settings on my Verizon Jetpack to get my iPhone 4s to connect to the 4G LTE wifi?
Hmm, let's make sure that we get you connected to the Jetpack. With the iPhone 4s, if you go into your Settings, and tap on Wi-Fi, do we have the switch turn on (it should be green)? If so, do you see your Jetpack listed under the Choose A Network? If that network is popping up let's go through the steps of removing that connection.
