I am having the HARDEST time switching over to the single line 1GB plan - I keep on being told that my account gives an error message and that I can't be changed from the current $90 plan I'm on. I switched to Verizon specifically for this plan and thus far no one has been able to help me. I'm to the point I'd just rather go with another carrier then deal with this headache! Has anyone else had this issue?
