On my 5s, if someone calls from a number that is not in my contacts, it does not show the number, it displays the city name, wireless caller, etc. this is very annoying, why wont it show the number?

I phone 5s has a caller id issue. when someone calls from a non saved number, the caller id does not show the number, it might say wireless caller, the town name, or whatever....how do you fix this. I want the number showing
