I used to take very clear photos all the time, inside and out, but now all interior pix are grainy and sometimes blurry. Is my phone failing. In addition, I have to hold the wire in to hear music on my ear buds.
CoachRoy, Oh my! Let's take care of this asap, it's important to have quality pictures. Is there a case or screen protector on the phone? This may be blocking the camera and causing problems. Do all the pictures show like this? You can back it up and restore the phone as new to try the camera again. For the sound issue, please try another set of ear buds to rule out the accessory first.
