I have made several phone calls in the last few weeks to get the Edge agreement cleared from my account. I don't have a device on edge. I don't want edge, Now if I wanted to purchase a device, edge or not, I would have to pay the balance of an edge agreement for a phone that I don't have and return the iPhone that I purchased directly from Apple.
The worst part of this situation is that the last three customer service representatives I spoke with understood the problem, genuinely seemed to care and advise they were going to speak with their supervisor and call me back.
Still not one phone call....this sucks.
