This issue has started happening roughly in the past 2 or 3 days. I have restarted my phone numerous times. When I restart the phone, it will temporarily find a 4G LTE signal but then, within 10 minutes or less, it will get back on 3G signal again.

This can cause interference both inside and around the home. How is it performing away from your neighborhood? When did you last try a battery pull?
