GMail / Roadrunner...do I have to change passwords in both places

ok..so just got my droid and at the store they set up my GMail act for me with a generic password.

I set up my RR email to go thru GMail and it all works...but now I want to change my GMail password.

 

From my computer I can change to a new password...but do I then have to change any settings (password) on my phones GMail account to make sure I still get emails thru phone?....Hope that makes sense

If so, how do I do that?

You should not have to change your password on your phone also. As long as you didnt change your user name or email address, your phone will recognize the change.
