Why have my prompt levels changed when listening to my voicemail? What happened to my "administrative options?"

I used to have "rapid" prompts that would skip the caller/date/time info, but they are back, and I no longer have an "administrative options" option to fix it.

I know that I used to be able to hit "2" to get to "personal options" then "3" for "administrative options", but I no longer get that option.  So when I listen to my voicemail, I have to sit through the endless details of who called, when etc.

What has happened?  How do I get my rapid prompts back?

Hi there, usagisisa! It's interesting that you don't have the same menu options in your voicemail. I was just helping a customer to reset her password last night but didn't notice any changes. Do you have basic voicemail or visual voicemail? Which model device do you use?
