Please don't say to a phone. I want to handle this by email. It is a simple question/correction matter. I can't find a way to email Verizon on this web site. Anyone know where it is? I also tried live chat 3 times over the past week. No response; each time I went in circles with what seemed like the appropriate click bringing me back to the previous screen.
The problem is that I upgraded and changed my service several weeks ago, just before the recent billing period ended. All the transactions except the change in plan show on my account. The plan change was from family to more everything.
All I need is someone to look at my account, tell me if I am miss interpreting it, and, if not, correct it.
