Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Kit Kat Upgrade Fails

When attempting to upgrade my phone to KitKat it downloads and attempts to load. Error occurs and goes back to the previous version.

I have tried this about 10 times or more now.

I have also reset my phone to factory and tried it as well and it fails.

Not sure what to do.

Have been hearing bad things about the upgrade so i am not sure I want to upgrade.

I want to help your upgrade go as smooth as possible fozzy1985! I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you attempting to update via wireless or wifi? When you completed the hard reset, did you elect to do it with a restore?
