How do I quickly obtain some deleted voicemails and texts? For legal reasons I need some items and its urgent. Do not want to spend money on lawyers.
Unless you used Visual Voicemail or a third-party app for your voice mails (so that you have transcripts), once they are deleted from your phone, they're gone. Similarly, unless you used Verizon's Integrated Messaging or backed up your texts, once they are deleted from your phone, they're gone. If you have a court order, you could request copies of the text messages, but Verizon only keeps the last 10 days' worth.
Well, that is not completely right...they are marked as deleted from his account...they are NOT gone. Verizon has them on backup, NSA has them in Fort Meade, MA..
Several years worth of backup are retained for viewing by the Government when requested....(removed)
