All of a sudden, Facetime stopped working. Right after connecting, it will disconnect and say "connection lost"
Rich1389, this sudden issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible for you! We need to make sure that this isn't a Wi-Fi connection issue as Facetime requires this data connection to be successful. Get a new iphone 5 and you can use cellular for face time.

Yes, I am connected to my wifi. I've tried other wifi connections as well and it still won't stay connected. My other devices work fine on my wifi.
Have an Apple store look at your device. Don't let Verizon touch it.
They may be able to fix your issue more so than a Verizon store.
