I can't find anywhere in Myverizon to find out whether my contract has ended. How (or can I) do I do it?
I would suggest that you call customer service and ask. 800-922-0204....Or you can login to your myverizon account using a computer to see contract end dates.
There are links on the first overview page of the account owner's login stating what is the contract date and what is the upgrade date. It should be right right above the usage and below the phone image.
